The Quote process

It’s as easy as heading to our website, tid.com.au, hitting 'Get a Quote' and following the prompts.

Select Australia for your domestic trip (or elsewhere for international), add your travel dates and the ages of the adults travelling on your policy. Then click on 'Get a Quote' and your price will be displayed on the next page.

You don't need to add the ages of your dependent children as they are automatically covered under your policy if they are under 21, working less than 30 hours and travelling with you on the entirety of the trip. You do need to add them on the 'Who's going? / details' page when you're ready to purchase. 

If you need to add any high value luggage items, choose your policy excess, select cover for ski/snow sports, or increase your rental vehicle insurance excess, you can do this after selecting the plan that best suits you. 

You will also have the opportunity to give back to one of the projects we support as part of Travel for Change; just select an amount to donate and you’ll be doing your bit to support a worthy cause.
