  • It's important youto carry your Certificate of Insurance with you when travelling as it contains important emergency contact information. If for any reason you have lost your Certificate of Insurance, you can get a new copy by signing in to the Travel Insurance Direct web site at any time.  You can find your Certificate of Insurance in the same email you used to purchase your TID policy. However, if you would like to download a copy, you can follow the below steps:  1. Log in to your account  On the top right, click on My AccountEnter in the same email address used to purchase your TID policy and click Next. You will then receive an email with a verification code. Enter the verification code into the below field and click Continue.   • Once you’ve purchased a Travel Insurance Direct policy, you can use your account to view and amend your policy or start a claim.  If you purchased your policy as a guest before 13th of August 2024, you may experience access issues with your online account.
